What is the MOQ?

Bulk raw materials (TDI, MDI, polyols) normally start at one tonne or one container; additives are available from 1 kg repacked for trial purposes.

Can I get samples?

Yes. Free samples of 200 g – 1 kg for regular grades ship with TDS and MSDS; courier cost is usually borne by the receiver.

What is the lead time?

Stock grades are container-loaded within 72 hours; customised or special origins take 10 – 15 days, confirmed per order.

What payment terms do you accept?

We work on T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) and L/C at sight, with the beneficiary being our own corporate account. Proforma invoice and the full export documentation set are issued in-house; credit terms available to long-standing customers.

Which Incoterms do you work with?

Standard terms are FOB Shanghai / Ningbo; CFR, CIF and DAP are also available. Dangerous grades such as TDI are booked under IMDG rules, so please confirm the sailing about ten days ahead.
